Hello, I'm Allison Bagg, a sound practitioner, breathwork facilitator, intuitive guide and artist based in Los Angeles. I play with a plethora of modalities to help clients ground into their bodies, establish strong boundaries and open portals to the magic and abundance within. As a lifelong seeker, I have continuously followed my curiosity, which has led me down a path of holistic exploration rooted in neurochemistry.

I didn't find this work. It found me, the way most important things do: through loss, through unraveling, through a trip to Egypt that cracked something open in me I hadn't known was sealed. What followed was disorienting, humbling, and ultimately the most clarifying thing that had ever happened to me. It sent me deeper into sound, breath, and the body than I had ever gone before.

I emerged a recovering people pleaser with a recalibrated nervous system and a hard-won relationship with my own sensitivity. I learned to stop living in my head and (slowly, imperfectly), to trust what my body already knew.

Certified in sound, breathwork, transpersonal energy healing and yoga nidra, I aim to weave a tapestry of tools you can take with you into the fertile void. My sonic sanctuaries and sacred containers are for those who are somewhere on that same path. Those who feel the call but haven't yet answered it. Those who are done with the surface and ready to find out what lives underneath. Those who are ready to stop waiting at the threshold and step through.
