Chakra foundations, the energetics of the biofield and aura, approaching the world as an energetic and vibrational being, grounding into your own energy field and how music can link the energetic, emotional, mental and physical.

If you feel a stirring in your soul whenever you connect with sacred sound and resonant frequencies, follow the call. Holding space as a practitioner goes so much deeper than playing pretty instruments. Throughout this course we will explore grounding and protection techniques, music theory, the electric and energetic bodies, and many other subjects. This training is perfect for those looking to hold space as sound practitioners, as well as those currently in wellness hoping to expand their spiritual toolkit. But it is also designed for those who are simply eager to play with sound for personal meditation, along with those who are curious to dive deeper into the mysterious alchemy of sound. This exploration of frequency and vibration will provide all the tools necessary to feel confident creating containers for clients to activate the healer within, but will also invite in self-healing as we release stuck emotions, trapped energy, and limiting beliefs around being seen, taking up space, and stepping into our dharma.

This is a hybrid training! We begin with some virtual training before coming together for an in-person weekend immersion in Los Angeles October 2-4, followed by weekly virtual calls to deepen and integrate the teachings.

We will meet weekly for 9 weeks. Each module includes a 2 hour training, followed by an experiential session the following week.

Allison Bagg is a sound practitioner, breathwork facilitator, and vibe alchemist born and raised in Los Angeles.
She didn't find this work, it found her, the way most important things do: through loss, through unraveling, through a trip to Egypt that activated something in her she hadn't known was dormant.
What followed was a long, humbling walk back to the wisdom of the body. Into sound, into breath. Into the fertile void.
Certified in gong, crystal alchemy singing bowls, planetary chimes, tuning forks, breathwork, transpersonal energy healing, and yoga nidra, she aims to bridge both hemispheres of the brain into a beautiful marriage of spirit and science. She creates sonic sanctuaries and sacred containers for those who are ready to remember what they already know and open portals to the magic and medicine within.
Through her offerings, Allison is devoted to ushering in a new generation of trauma-informed facilitators, rooted in integrity and reverence, at a time when the world needs spaceholders more than ever.
